Here we are with a brand new challenge over Simon Says Stamp!

This week’s theme over Simon Says Stamp Monday Challange is:

Paint it

As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Dyan Reaveley. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

I started this tag by stamping the background with random Tim Holtz Stamps from the Field Notes stamp set. I then covered everything with a piece of Plain collage Paper that I recently used to clean up a mess I did with Uncharted Mariner (the bottle split over my table…and I was desperate!)

After the collage paper dried up, I added Vibrant Turquoise Dylusions Paint through a stencil and a sponge.

The paint is a bit grainy because it dried up a little, i have this jar since the release of this color (LOL) so it is normal after a while the color dries up. I diluted by adding Glazin Medium and a bit of water and I mixed mixed mixed a loooot with my palette knife.

I let it completely dry and then I added my embellishments that are from the IdeaOlogy Line by Tim Holtz.
