Here we are to a brand new challange over Simon Says Stamp! I am LOVING being their Guest Design for the month of January!

If there is something I truly hope for everyone is to find a friend like Kiara. A friend that is simply a Friend. A true Friend. I could spend so many good words talking about her, but nothing would give justice to the friend she is. So of course as soon as I read the theme I thought immediately at her![/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1540″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]I made this anchor by scratch, I used cardboard to create the shape and then I just worked in layers filling into the spaces with some more cardboard in order to give some dimensions. I covered part of the surface with gauze mixed with some powder gesso I let it dry well and then I covered the rest of the cardboard with Tim Holtz Idea-ology POSTALE Tissue Wrap Paper TH93181 and Dina Wakley Ranger GEL MEDIUM Media MDM41740. I let it dry and then I started adding colors. I achieved this look by adding layers of acrylic paints and a mix between Tim Holtz Distress Paint SHADED LILAC Ranger TDD38863 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint PEACOCK FEATHERS Ranger TDD39716 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint VINTAGE PHOTO Ranger TDD36500 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint WALNUT STAIN Ranger TDD36517 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint WEATHERED WOOD Ranger TDD36524 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint ANTIQUED BRONZE Ranger Metallic TDD36289 and Tim Holtz Distress Paint BLACK SOOT Ranger TDD36302 [/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1539″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]The cluster is made with different layers of Tim Holtz Idea-ology 12 x 12 Paper Stash CROWDED ATTIC TH92897 and Tim Holtz Idea-ology POSTALE Tissue Wrap Paper TH93181 that I distressed with Tim Holtz Tonic PAPER DISTRESSER Altered Aged Edges and Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad WALNUT STAIN Ranger TIM19534[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1538″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]I braided Hemptique NATURAL Bamboo Cord Set 029225 (took me a while to understand how to do it!) and then I embellished everything with a couple of Idea-Ology decorations.[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”0″ images=”1541,1540,1539,1538″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]

Eccoci ad una nuova sfida su Simon Says Stamp! Adoro essere la loro Guest Designer per il mese di Gennaio!

Se c’è qualcosa che spero di vero cuore ognuno possa trovare è un’amica come Kiara. Un’amica che non è altro che una semplice Amica. Una vera Amica. Potrei spendere tante belle parole su di lei, ma nulla renderebbe giustizia alla meravigliosa amica che è. Quindi appena ho letto il tema di questa settimana ho subito pensato a lei![/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1540″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]Ho creato questa ancora da NIENTE, ho usato come base del cartone da imballo, ho disegnato la forma e poi ho lavorato su strati riempiendo gli spazi vuoti con ulteriore cartone per dare al tutto dimensione. Ho ricoperto parte dell’ancora con della garza e del gesso in polvere, ho lasciato asciugare e ho ricoperto il resto dell’ancora con Tim Holtz Idea-ology POSTALE Tissue Wrap Paper TH93181 e Dina Wakley Ranger GEL MEDIUM Media MDM41740.

Ho lasciato nuovamente asciugare e ho incominciato ad aggiungere via via colore. Ho raggiunto questo risultato mischiando colori acrilici e un mix di Tim Holtz Distress Paint SHADED LILAC Ranger TDD38863 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint PEACOCK FEATHERS Ranger TDD39716 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint VINTAGE PHOTO Ranger TDD36500 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint WALNUT STAIN Ranger TDD36517 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint WEATHERED WOOD Ranger TDD36524 , Tim Holtz Distress Paint ANTIQUED BRONZE Ranger Metallic TDD36289 e Tim Holtz Distress Paint BLACK SOOT Ranger TDD36302 .[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1539″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_circle_2″ onclick=”zoom”][vc_column_text]Il cluster è anche questo formato da layers.
