The background is covered with Grit Paste that I’ve applied with a spatula. Then I used distress ink to add color. I’ve sealed everything with Micro glaze before adding a whole layer of Distress Paint over the entire tag. Set it for a bit then removed the eccess with a babywipe before it was all dry. This allowed me to create depth in the tag.
