Here we are with a brand new challenge over Simon Says Stamp!
This week’s theme over Simon Says Stamp Monday Challange is:
As you may know, the Simon Says Stamp Store is accepting new orders, but have longer shipping times for the moment due to the coronavirus. With this in mind we have made the difficult decision to suspend the $50 voucher for this challenge.
We know that many people are staying safe at home and we would love it if you would continue to enter the challenges and have fun! We are all in this together!
I started by collaging some pieces of Collage paper to the background. I used a bit of gesso to tie everything together and then I started layering the paints. I used my fingers and an old brush to add textures. I let it air dry then I added some crackle paste.
For the roof, I added a bit of grit paste mixed with distress paint and I let it air dry. I used a bit of gold ink to add some more light accents and finally I made my cluster with pieces of Tim Holtz Ephemera.
I had this little hear that I colored with distress crayon and I added crackle paste over it to give it a bit of dimension and interest.
And that’s all for today, If you have any questions, suggestions or if you want to let me know what you think of this project, leave a message!
Stay happy , stay creative…Till next time!
